Whose constellation is actually worth it?

I don’t have that many choices and I run filns team rn so no one really gets in the main team but as a previous xiao main and I occasionally like running full hexenzirkel team with venti, albedo and Mona. Who to pick between xiao, albedo and Mona?

Albedo got a nice buff last patch, the defense from his c1 can help him give more buffs to his party. Mona also was buffed and more people are using her too. If Xiao is your favorite, while he isn't meta there is always the hope that he could get buffed in a future patch (this is just speculation on my part I have no idea who/when they will buff in the future, but Xiao is so popular he's a likely bet). Otherwise, all of these characters will struggle to compete against new releases so the difference isn't so big if you just want to pick a constellation for a favorite character. This event should run 2 more times this year and maybe they'll continue it next year as well.

I believe Xiao constellations don't do anything, but Albedo C2 is really nice, so getting close to it seems like a deal.

Monas C4 is nice, but I'd go for the limited character constellations.

So, if I were you, I'd go for Albedo.

Getting one step closer to Albedo's C2 only really benefits them if they ever plan to actually pull for that C2 down the line honestly. The character is not exactly super relevant now despite the Hexerei buffs, it's hard to justify spending primogems on him if he ever reruns again, and by the time the free constellation resets next year he'll be even less relevant than he is now right after his buff.

Depending on how often they pull for new characters they'd probably be better off pushing their standard banner characters to higher constellations to make the lost 50/50's less painful down the line. Unless they actively use Albedo right now.

I agree with your statement, it's just the OP asking between one of the 3 - Xiao, Albedo, Mona

- the characters you play, because you'll actually have a use for them
- Mona or Albedo depending on which one fits better into Hexerei teams, though Mona has more potential overall, being a hydro unit
- standard banner characters, because the sooner they reach C6 the sooner your lost 50/50 will be slightly more compensated (that's another pro for Mona)

Albedo if you KNOW you will absolutely get his C2 through regular wishes.

Otherwise mona by a long shot. C4 mona is the goal.
