columbina or ineffa?

returning player after a while… no nod krai characters yet but when i do get there (just need to finish the last part of natlan quest) i will build up who i need.

who should i pull for? i would ideally like to get flins but i’d also just like someone who fits in with my current teams/account

bina if you plan to get more moonwheel units (or get Xilonen and run a Zhongli L-crystallize)

ineffa if not

you have no flins, no Lauma, no Nefer, makes no sense for you to pull Columbina, go Ineffa first, or wait for Zibai next in Phase 2, or save up for an other Character, like Nicole, Alice or Varka, whos coming next, if you think you dont need another 5S Electro Character and lack eventually in other Elements, like Geo, Pyro or Anemo.

However, in your case I'd take Zibai, because Zhongli is your only built 5S Geo Character, that you have and he is not really that much focused on dealing high DPS, as like Zibai will be, plus you get access with her to Lunar Crystallize the best way and we still get more free wishes, for when phase 2 starts
