The game is very clear only vision users can power/use phlostigion technology, and that they simply don’t work without the elemental energy part of them. Why do ppl constantly say the game doesn’t explain the disparity bc it quite clearly does
Couple that with the fact that only xilonen is actively making phlostigion machinery and only does it based on commissions it’s actually really understandable as to why it’s not a wide spread technology when first of all you need to own a vision and then actually commission a singular person in the entire country to make it based on YOUR specifications
