Scaramouche's core — an idea for something that could have happened in the AQ
After playing the newest Archon Quest, something came to my mind about a potential problem the main characters could have faced afterwards:
Scaramouche lent his core to Sandrone, so she could use it for her calculations. Later, Sandrone was killed by Dottore. *So who's gonna put the core back now?*
Ofc we talk to Scaramouche after the battle and he's fine (I don't remember if they explained who got him running again, but that's beside the point), so clearly, this wasn't a problem. However, I do think it's kind of a missed opportunity for an interesting, minor follow-up plot.
Sandrone was the one who extracted the core and used it, so it would make sense if she was also the only one in Nod Krai to know how to put it back. Sure, they have people like Aino or maybe Alice, who might be able to help, but what if they inserted the core and Scara still didn't boot up? In this case, their best choice would be to take him to probably the only person who *definitely* would know how to fix him: his creator.
Obviously, Ei wouldn't remember Scaramouche, but she should recognize him as one of her puppets and remember how his technology works. And while fixing him, she'd probably realize she *should* know him, but for some reason doesn't. Ei would make an important discovery and it could also lead to her sharing some lore with us.
I do realize one of the reasons why all this didn't happen is that Hoyo didn't want it to. It seems they don't want Ei and Scaramouche to meet and even if they do at some point, it'll probably happen in such a way that Ei won't learn the truth.

The epilogue of Act-8 would‘ve completely retracted from the characters coming to term with Sandrone‘s death if we had a 15 minute detour to Ei.
