Sounds like you have a team ready for Neuvi, so its kinda up to you. Do you want to risk losing a fifty/fifty plus build two characters or play the big guy. Neuvillete is super easy to play and with furina its basically point and watch stuff die.
I've not played skirk but she looks fun and according to internet she is a better dps.

personally, 100% Neuv. you’ve got his dedicated support and two characters of other elements will easily give him a full team. he can do lots of reaction teams, decent dmg and easily one of the most versatile characters ever.
