Yeah, why not? If I get good substats on a piece for a character I really want to shine, I'm rerolling. Depending on the situation, I'm not above rerolling Flowers either, tbh. You end up with quite a bit of Dust if you're clearing everything.

If you have enough dust to waste on a 3 liner plume then you just aren't using enough of it on worthwhile pieces. A 4 liner? Sure, just because flowers and feathers only cost one dust, but a 3 liner one? No way.

A three roll double crit feather is common. Not worth reroll. If it was a four liner there was a small positive argument for rerolling.

Honestly I'd reroll, especially if you don't have a lot of upgrades or many usable onset pieces, it's better to get a decent reroll rather than praying to rngesus for a similar piece or a 4 liner.

I only care for 2 good substats in the fixed main stat artifacts, and only one where the main is also randomized. It is a literal hell to get an artifact with the needed elemental DMG bonus. Would be more of a nightmare, if I would want 3 good substat too. x.x
