A White Colt Through a Crevice — Zibai's Character Anecdote

Those legends you have heard throughout your journey so far, both true and false, would have helped piece together a somewhat blurry picture of the "White Horse Adeptus." When the lanterns illuminate the night sky once more, will this Adeptus, long thought to exist only in stories, reveal herself in her homeland?

> Istaroth's hands cameo

Now *that's* what I wanna see!

BananaBrodie2026-01-25 05:35

I just came across a post pointing out the coloring in her hands from the "God's Limits" animation

Weaponmaster4702026-01-25 05:40

What a coincidence. 😏

Also a complete coincidence that the circuitry patterns on her lower robes were copied by that seething Sumeru fraud.

Jibsthelord2026-01-25 06:47

That bastard Thoth

Real-Contest49142026-01-25 14:52

Love how people have had two evidence of other groups using it prior but somehow he's the one it's being associated with for cope despite him trying to copy the others.

asilvertintedrose2026-01-25 05:39

Least_Egg_93712026-01-25 05:29

The Knights of Favonius' new horse

Yukineko142026-01-25 05:44

But a colt is a young male…filly is the female term. I’m guessing it’s just because it works better for the title.

starmadeshadows2026-01-25 06:02

Nope shes trans now

Ok_Orange_34292026-01-25 06:11

Isn't angel able to change gender

starmadeshadows2026-01-25 06:17

Angels are traditionally described as sexless.

Therefore literally all female angels are trans girls, and literally all male angels are trans men.

That's just kinda how it works.

katbelleinthedark2026-01-25 10:00

So apparently "white colt through a crevice" is a Chinese idiom, which is probably why they went with that over filly.

Powerful_Helicopter92026-01-25 10:09

What does that idiom mean?

Th3_Ch0s3n_On32026-01-25 10:20

"How time flies"

katbelleinthedark2026-01-25 10:53

Something akin to "time flies". From my understanding, the usage is similar to the Lati "tempus fugit".

Powerful_Helicopter92026-01-25 23:12

Funny as i mentioned this exact thing somewhere here

katbelleinthedark2026-01-26 00:55

Mayhaps, haven't read. Just happened to know the idiom.

Powerful_Helicopter92026-01-26 04:27

Lisa constellations yuhuh

katbelleinthedark2026-01-26 08:11

It's tempua fugit, right? Totally forgot. I just use this phrase a lot in my daily life.

Powerful_Helicopter92026-01-26 08:18

Yup, tempus fugit

Spoopy_Kirei2026-01-25 12:07

Bakenekmoon2026-01-25 06:05

>However, when the three moons shattered and the chariot fell...

What?

Jibsthelord2026-01-25 06:48

the lunar chariot

LettuceBenis2026-01-25 11:13

They're confused about the text implying all three moons shattered

HoshiAndy2026-01-25 08:57

There’s rumors that the chariot falling is what caused the chasm to be created.

andr____2026-01-25 13:51

I believe the one that fell and created the chasm was the solar chariot, not the lunar chariot. Not that we really know anything about the solar chariot anyway

darkdill2026-01-25 06:56

Looking forward to Yixuan debuting at Lantern Rite.

floricel_1122026-01-25 07:17

They say that, when on a journey to deliver some pieces of parchment, she's the member that did the least among her group

Better-Movie-77362026-01-25 08:18

I understand that reference

TinyBluePebble2026-01-25 07:33

"A white colt through a crevice(白驹过隙)" is an ancient Chinese idiom from Zhuangzi text, and an expression for "how time flies." This is why she's connected to Istaroth.

FlyingRencong2026-01-25 09:56

Ooh that's interesting

Powerful_Helicopter92026-01-25 10:09

TEMPUS FUGIT AHHH LISAA

Neramith2026-01-25 08:20

FlyingRencong2026-01-25 09:59

Hmm I wonder who is this Zhanzhu fellow and how this will tie with the whole Nod Krai story. How will Columbina react when she knows about this guy lol

Assic2026-01-25 11:02

Finally a new geo character from Liyue. It's criminal that the geo region has had only 2 geo characters so far.

LettuceBenis2026-01-25 11:14

Three

Ningguang, Zhongli, Yunyin

Assic2026-01-25 11:38

True. I forgot about Yun Jin.

kontis2026-01-25 12:55

How could she see 3 moons (before shades existed) and also be a daughter of a shade?

Better-Movie-77362026-01-25 15:06

The Three Moons And Shades existed ať the Same Time during Primordial One's rule.

What do you mean?

Also She Is Angel so while human Legends And book see her as Child of Ruler of Time, her true origin Is Creation of Heavenly Principals

Menination2026-01-26 08:32

When The dragon king was out of teyvat exploring the cosmos, the 3 moon sisters, and the primordial one existed at the same time. The 3 moon sisters treated them as guests. Then the dragon king returned and the fight happened

GraveXNull2026-01-25 15:28

Is this how Sleipnir was made?

somewhatpickie2026-01-25 17:15

Now release the tiger adeptus!

Eroica_Pavane2026-01-25 17:17
