I didn’t need anyone really so I c6d diluc so now I at least can get some masterless fortuna for him
So anyone getting you closer or at c6. Then it’s whatever fits your situation best. Or the other way around.

Yea I think I understand it, correct me if I’m wrong, say now I get another diluc, then I can use that fortuna on anyone right?? It’s a new mechanic so I may be wrong. Hopefully I didn’t waste my pick 😭😭

Correct, you can use the Masterless Stella Fortuna on any character you desire (hence the "Masterless" part). It doesn't matter how you got that MSF.

C1, it adds you one more skill use, basically making you be able to heal twice as much from skills
