Depends on what you are used to, I would say. Like, I would hate every second if I ended up somewhere where 35 celsius is the norm, but for some it's not even that hot.

The same way those same people would be freezing where I am right now at -21, but for me it's a pretty nice temperature for a winter and if there're no strong winds it's even a nice day for a walk. A warm jacket, but still a nice day.

Nod-Krai, given that I don't see any ice nor even snow, is probably like 5-10 degrees? While not Jahoda fit, I can see myself wearing an unzipped light jacket, but Illuga, for example, is dressed way too warm for that climate. Perhaps even Flins is a bit too much.

Fontaine looks way warmer, so I can see Charlotte being cold. Not freezing maybe, but cold.

And as other commenters have pointed out, girls do wear skirts and tights with heels even in negative twenties over here, as long as it's not prolonged periods outside and there's no strong winds - it's OK.

That and having Nod Krai near the ocean right next to Natlan, I can see hot water current move toward Nod Krai so it isn't as cold as people may think. I don't really care much about if it's realistic or not but I would love to see more diversity in the designs... All the men are wearing suits and all the women recently have very empty legs.. While it does work sometimes, too much of anything can get repetitive. I would loveee to see fur coats and boots in the Snezhnaya designs. I love Yelan's OG outfit fur coat but it's like.... she's not even wearing it so I don't know if it counts lol.
