Building Team in 6.x

As a returning player, what team should I use to be competitive in 6.x?

In addition, should I continue pulling for Ineffa? I lost my 50-50 on her and I wonder if I'll still go for her or just go with Zibai for Columbina. Thanks.

Those will all be your best team by a distance for the pair. Bina is okay outside of NK stuff and you have Zhongli, Ineffa ups the dynamics tenfold.

You can go with Zibai but itll be locked into one team.
