(in roughly descending order of priority)

1. ~~I actually have Furina's sig gathering dust (took me a while to get Nefer's catbox.moe...), so I'd like to use it. Just a straight swap puts her to 180 ER, 54/246. Would obviously like to balance that better, but I think the ER should work? Just a straight circlet swap *should* be fine.~~ done!

2. Navia on Marechaussee. This one would be a *pain* because I've never farmed MH. On the other hand, I have nothing much else to do with my resin. Is it likely to be a significant boost? Alternatively, I could pop back to farm Whispers, because I'd like to yknow, trade in a couple substats to balance the crit ratio she has. This is really the only contentious bullet point on the list. What do you guys think?

3. ~~Furina's artifacts. As you can see, they're actually not that great (157 CV) apart from ONE GT piece and an offset sands. Since she's supposedly contributing a fair bit here, I feel I should give her some investment (never used her before).~~ [jk fixed one bitch](https://i.imgur.com/ki3WsBv.png)

4. Columbina's artifacts. I feel these are mostly like. Fine. But there's room for improvement. Should I prioritise these over Furina's? Columbina's important because she should be contributing more damage, but Furina's artifacts are *way* worse.

5. Xilonen's artifacts. I mean, these don't matter, right? I basically just got the right mainstats and peaced out. I'd have to be *really* bored to try and improve these, but technically it's a thing I could do. If I wanted to. For some reason.

Thanks to anyone who waded through this, I tried to keep the formatting clear so it's not just a wall of text. This is how I'm spending my Sunday night apparently.

I have a bunch of these feather and juice thingies I've been hoarding, it's time to use the fucken things. What do you think would be the best targeted upgrades? Leaning towards a Furina cup, since it would let me keep using that sands.

I'm sorry to be the one bursting your bubbles, but I don't think this team will work unless either furina or Columbina is swapped. Bennet for columbine will be better than this, or ineffa for furina will be better than this.

Columbina and her artifacts are not the best when not on ascendant gleam. I can assure you, you'll have a more fun and definitely stronger team with ineffa.

How much DPS did this team have? If you haven't checked, you can go check at the DPS test dummy on miliastra. If this team exceeded 100k DPS, then it's your choice whether to keep it or not, since it's a manageable team anyways. Otherwise, I highly suggest putting furina off for ineffa.

I genuinely feel you, I've experimented SO much with my past teams too, but if it doesn't exceed 100k, it means it didn't work, and we'll have to face reality.

And I'm probably too late, but I highly suggest playing it safe with Bina goblet, since then you'll have the opportunity to offset circlet, which easily improves her build. But if you're hesitant, then it's a great decision to just keep the elixirs for now.

To be honest, I just want to make a Lunar-Crystallize team. Which yknow, none of those options are. I've had all the standard Navia teams for 2+ years at this point. Bennett, Xiangling, Zhongli, Chiori, Mavuika etc.

And since when was 100k DPS a magic number that makes a team worth using? Even Abyss 12 only needs like 60k. In any case I'm not measuring it, I refuse to take the game that seriously OR open Miliastra.

I *am* considering a Columbina goblet though, since i have like 18 more elixirs that nobody else is demanding. She still has her Nefer team and her other wheelchair ability so it's worth. All the units will get used even if the team doesn't work out.

Just letting you know that going for a lunar reaction with a single lunar character is basically wasted effort, the results won't be worth it.

I'm using stygian standards, specifically fearless. One of the boss rn has 12m HP on fearless, which requires 100k DPS, and you'll also have to account for the fact that you start with 0 energy. Other bosses have mechanics to compensate for the lower DPS check, which is why the bar is higher for brute forcing units like skirk. I know you're curious how much you deal, it's so tempting to see how much your efforts have paid, and I doubt you're not already taking the game that seriously, atleast enough to bother checking their DPS.

After rechecking, I think you're better off with crafting a circlet. But if you have an offset circlet with incredible stats, then you're maybe better off with crafting a goblet. It will still be rng whether the crafted artifact gets good substat because I'd rather keep the offset goblet than an on set goblet with double def if what it was worth is a mid offset circlet.

I have Columbina C2 and I’m not sure is it worth getting another character for Lunar Crystallization (because from what I’ve tried Navia+Columbina in Abyss, this combo clears Floor 12 on ease), and I feel need in a Hydro Sup(?). I know that he’s a DPS character, but that’s why I’m asking for suggestions/opinions. Thanks!

The one you use is your priority, or limited > standart, unless you are at C6 for materials. If you want random subjective opinion Yae C1 for energy refund. Or you can get Mona and next take her C4 on anniversary selector. You will get all of them, it does not matter.

is it worth skipping the story to nod krai to get the free aino for my ineffa? im at inazuma and im lowkey invested in the story but the only hydro character i have is barabara for my ineffa and i have no other 5 stars T_T i do like the story so going out of order is like not ideal but if it would help my ineffa alot id be okay with it

No, not at all. Ineffa came out a whole patch before Nod-Krai even existed and she was stupid strong even then. Of course, she's gotten even crazier since, but Aino's not gonna unlock much of that alone. Just put her with damn near any Hydro and Anemo teammates and watch the sparks fly.

She'll also be on banner in a week or so, and if you're interested in either of the 5\* units or just have no pity built, you could spend a few pulls to fish for her. But fishing for 4\*s is never guaranteed, only something you should do if you like the 5\* too, and like Maeve says, Ineffa does just fine without Aino, except for specifically against Wild Hunt enemies. (Aka 0.1% of the game)

I got co flins w his sig weapon (r1) (his arti set is night of the sky's unveiling) and i recently got columbina but i dont think i can get ineffa this banner so im planning on just using fischl (golden troupe) and sucrose (viridescent) and idk what set should i use for bina, im contemplating if i should build her w her sig arti set or the silken moon

im fighting sigurd and cannot get the last acheivement of avoiding his demonsbane attack? ive definitely fully avoided it in many battles, not using ip frames. im world level 9 and i fight him in single player. does anyone know whys this happening and how to fix it?

What I mean is like if you are actually getting hit by Sigurd but you have a shield or something, it will only be obvious if you see an electro symbol on top of your HP bar. So maybe try out the boss and see if you actually get the effect when he attacks which means you have to reset

Im thinking of using the team Neuv, furina, fischl, venti (since i dont have kazuha)
should i wish for ineffa to replace fischl or should i try to get neuv c1 or his signature weapon?
assume i can only get one, or ineffa or neuv c1 or his weapon.
i think c1 will help since no need for shield or more hydro reactions.

Venti isnt great there, and Fischl offers very little cause you basically have no use for any of her passives and constellations

Ineffa might be better than a c1 Neuvillette. i think. if those are your best teammate options

if you add Ineffa, you can get 24% hp, and some energy. thats nice
so best option after an r5 sac jade which is second best after signature (people calccing assume stuff like not overcapping and shorter rotation)
under Surf's up without Ineffa
Nefer sig, isnt really better than a possible 24% HP with Ineffa, but better than Bina sig without Ineffa

Silken on Columbina. you want ER to burst, assuming a team where you actualy care about lunar damage
you cant really afford Aubade on her without a second hydro or more favonius on team, even with PA, youd need quite some ER substats, and SMS with more HP and crit substats is better

you change PA to fav on Columbina for Stygian

If you are just cruising quests/event no, if you want to do endgame and not have to min maxing Lunar enemies gonna infest them nowadays and they are tough without a Lunar team.

Also Zibai existence means you don't have to be NK-ians to do Lunar stuffs. Not to mention there will be at least 1 more NK expansion.

or some people running Neuvillette with both Ineffa and Lauma

but anyway you have team to use Columbina in
so Escoffier for Skirk or Neuvillette sounds like a better idea to me

Escoffier is the single biggest vertical investment you can give your level 90 Skirk, and after this rerun she probably won't see another rerun for a LONG time given cryo has no place in the current lunar meta.

Can C6 Diona maintain Harbinger of Dawn's buff by herself in a Zibai team? She's gonna be on Instructor, so her shield and healing might be a bit weaker than usual. Also, Columbina is holding P. Amber so extra healing if that matters.

I don't have Zhongli and my Lanyan isn't C2+, so I was wondering if it'd be better if I used HoD + Diona or just the natlan craftable.

Probably yes, unless you never dodge and just face tank everything.

BUT - while her EM share is not entirely useless, I'm pretty sure it's not worth putting Diona on a Zibai team just to maintain HoD passive - you'll be better off with a 3rd geo or 2nd hydro.

Also - I'm not sure how the aura would play out, but using Diona's burst might start to apply freeze on certain enemies, so you might get a few less Lunar-Cryst and get some shatter instead? Don't quote me on that tho

I can’t unlock “Rite of the Bold” quest — already did prerequisites

Hi, I need help. I can’t access the **“Rite of the Bold”** quest even though I’ve already completed **“Lost in the Woods”** (naming my Saurian companion) and even the entire Archon Quest.

According to guides, *Lost in the Woods* should reward the **Talisman of Waxaklahun Ubah Kan**, but I don’t have it in my inventory, so it feels like the quest never properly triggered. I *do* have the 2 pieces of Night Jade from the Phlogiston Research Center and the quest “To the Night, What Is the Night’s…”.

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

The prereqs for that quest are the [Shadows of the Mountains](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Shadows_of_the_Mountains) and [Tale of Dreams Plucked From Fire](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Tale_of_Dreams_Plucked_From_Fire) World Quest series, not the things you've listed. Go do those.

The talisman comes from Rite of the Bold, not Lost in the Woods. You're not supposed to have it yet.

Struggling to plan my pulls for this region. Generally I get around 5-6 characters per region depending on luck. So that's the number I plan around.

Got Columbina as my first in Nod-Krai. Now looking at the rest. Not interested in Flins or Nefer, don't care about Durin, not much about Varka >!(and he seems to be pretty bad from beta leaks)!<. Love Nicole's design, but we know nothing about her, so yes/no depending on what she does or how restrictive she is. >!Sandrone was a yes initially, but with recent (possibly sus) leaks I am not so sure anymore.!<

For now, trying to do something around Columbina:

1. **Get Ineffa**
* Pros:
* Electro shielder
* Very strong off-field
* Columbina + Ineffa core for a lot of older characters
* Cons:
* Lacking a (lunar) main DPS
2. **Get Ineffa, then Lauma on rerun**
* Pros:
* Versatile teambuilding wise (electro, dendro)
* Ineffa + Columbina core for a lot of teams
* Cons:
* Main DPS Columbina not as strong as a dedicated lunar dps
* Not particularly engaging gameplay wise with just CA spam
3. **Get Zibai:**
* Pros:
* Strong lunar DPS
* Love her design, not sure about her gameplay though
* I am currently lacking in Geo characters, so would be good
* Cons:
* C6 Illuga essential, so would realistically have to go C1 or C2 Zibai, otherwise not much better than main DPS Columbina
* Would limit my lunar team options/Columbina to crystallize only
* Geo characters tend to not age well in the meta...
4. **Get Ineffa and Zibai:**
* Pros:
* Lunar crystallize team, AND versatility for other teams with Ineffa
* Cons:
* EXPENSIVE. Was initially hoping Ineffa and Zibai would be same half so I could get Illuga cons, but alas...

Why do non-AQ quests keep being de-selected? I'm returning and trying to play through the Natlan ancient sacred mountain world quest line. But every time you complete one objective or you log out, the entire quest is de-selected and you need to fish through your list to find it again. Is this something people wanted? Is there a feature to turn on auto-tracking the way it used to work in the old days?

What am i doing wrong? I cant seem to even scratch the onslaught 2° boss shield, whats wrong with my varesa team comp? Ive see people with worse stats than mine cleaning it, it should be possible but as soom as i plunge with varesa the asshole regenerate this shield, comp:

Assuming Fearless. Video helps. How's your DPS against a test dummy? Could be a rotation speed/execution issue. And with Overload teams it's very much about using your big hits to just barely break one shield by the end of the rotation. Big spikes of damage, not sustained DPS. If you only ALMOST break a shield but not all the way, yes it will regenerate which means unlucky non-crits or you did something wrong.

I can't remember if you break 1 shield with partial rotation (no energy for Bursts), set up, then break 2 shields with full rotation. Or the reverse. Watch videos. But either way, common problem is only almost breaking a shield which is the same as not doing any damage. It's all o nothing.

First rotation clears 2 shields, then they immediately start second rotation. If the first rotation doesn't break the second shield, it's a reset and may need to do Widsith fishing for %DMG buff too. Second rotation wont have any Widsith buff so it can only break 1 shield in time.

Then it's a very tight rotation from then on to keep the boss constantly staggered so they never enter the shield phase a second time (also a reset).

That's a weird crit ratio on the Varesa. You're on LNO, not Codex. You don't have the 36% CR from Codex. You're running a 60:247.4 crit ratio. Do you just not have the pieces for a better crit ratio?

You're running a lot more ATK than you need on Iansan, especially since you haven't crowned her burst. For a level 9 burst, you only need 2408 ATK, *after* the extra 45% ATK from Pyro resonance and Precise Movement. (Also Noblesse, but I'm not familiar enough with the rotations to know if you can assume enough Noblesse uptime.) If you have a spare Fav Lance, switching the weapon to Fav Lance would help. Crowning the burst would also help.

Since you don't have C6 Iansan, it might also be worth considering Fischl in that team slot.

Just tested, yes. He gains energy and has more HP during battle. Be aware that Neuvillette does not do direct lunar damage, so the 60% CD only works his part of reaction lunar-charged.

Just got Ineffa and want ideas for what should I go next on my account. I have Varesa, Durin, Citlali and some standard banner characters. My initial idea was to go for Flins and pair him with Ineffa, Sucrose and Aino, but I'm lacking other element options for dps. At the moment I'm using Gaming and Citlali + Varesa and Durin as teams but I'm struggling against some bosses like the SO crab which I couldn't even kill on hard (my account is new but I want to be able to at least clear SO hard and floor 11 os SA to get most rewards). So now I'm thinking about either getting Neuvillette + Escoffier and getting more options or maybe staying with Flins idea, I also have 50 pity on weapon banner so maybe Neuvillette or Flins weapons could be an option as well.

Ps: Aside from Varesa, I want to have only male dpses and vertically invest on them, my targets for now are Flins, Neuvillette, Gaming, Kinich, Lyney and Wanderer.

No. You'd change the weapon and nothing would happen, the next time you attempted a Stygian Stage with the weapons still changed it would give you a warning that doing this will reset that stage. If you change the weapons back to whatever it was previously in the mean time, or before entering the stahe, it will not affect your clear

I just read Ineffa's C1 and it seems to be pretty decent (Win2lose on youtube had it as a 15.6% dmg increase for her personal dmg before flins even released).

How good is C1 for ineffa and is it the next best investment for my flins team?

Not really. Lunar bloom reaction itself does not do any damage at all, and it just creates standard dendro cores and verdant dew. Columbina's skill and her CA with verdant dew can do some direct lunar bloom damage, but her multipliers are very low.

Proto amber has been enough healing in my experience. Nefer spends a lot of her field time in iframes from dash cancels. But your mileage may vary.

But unless you want to go so heavily vertical on this team because you just love it so much, I don't really see the need. I get around 150k on a dummy with c0r1 Nefer, c0 etherlight Lauma, c2 sacfrag Nahida and c0 amber Columbina. That's plenty.

Google says since I’m at 70 to get weapon to 80 then skills from 6 to 8 on my main dps then level up to 80. Wondering if that’s the best way? I use keqing (my only on field) columbina, ineffa and xilonen (for exploring). I currently have level 4 artifacts for them and they are aroun level 10- 16? Whatever the max is since I kept maxing out on artifact space. So when should I prioritize level 5 artifacts? I also use the lions roar so wondering if that’s a good weapon to level since after 70 it takes a lot longer to ascended. Also on my other characters should I prioritize the same order? Weapons, skills, level? I also have c6 fischl and c0 Mona. Should I swap xilonel for those for the time being? Idk if she’s really good on my team since I haven’t even been able to get a decent weapon for her and level it up.

Since you have Colmubina and Ineffa, they are newer meta characters and will do the most damage, so focus on them first. Columbaina wants HP, ER and crit, and Ineffa wants ATK and crit. Set does not matter. Just give them whatever you have at hand with the right main stats. Columbina is HP scaling, so her weapon level is not really important. Ineffa wants max weapon level first. Keep Xilonen. She is good for exploration, enemy resistance shred and healing.

I'm considering pulling for Zibai. I have about 250 wishes saved 0 pity. (I pulled C0 Columbina.) Every character on her banner builds a solid team for her, and it would be great to c6 illuga, but I'm not expecting to. All around, it seems like a smart investment.

So my question is about Zibai's weapon. I have never pulled for a sig weapon before (been playing a little over a year), the only characters I considered it for were my two archon, Raiden and Columbina. But I got pretty good alternatives, The Catch and Prototype Amber, so it hasn't felt worth it yet. Maybe later. Should I try pulling for Zibai's weapon?

I don't have Zhongli, so my team would be Zibai, Columbina/Aino, Illuga, Gorou/Xingqiu. Currently, my Aino is C1, and Gorou is C0, but I'm sure I'll pull a couple more constellations while wishing, though I doubt I'll C6 anyone. Xingqiu is C4 (I will C6 him by the end of the year).

I hear Harbinger is good, but only if you have Zhongli. So, I started collecting materials to build (I can currently do up to R2) Flute of Ezpitzal. Is that going to be good enough, or should I consider pulling for my first sig weapon?

Any other advice while I get ready for Zibai's banner? My main/strongest team atm is Nefer, Lauma, Columbina, & Kuki, so Zibai would be my second Nod Krai main DSP.

The weapon is a whole additional character you could have instead. Normally, weapons are terrible deals unless you really value cosmetics. Consider carefully before going for it.

Also, never, ever go for a weapon without enough wishes to guarantee, otherwise if you lose 50 50 it's like you threw away your wishes.

First of all: just don't pull Zibai. You already have a lunar team. You can't play Columbina in two teams in Abyss / SO. One of the two teams is going to be nerfed. Save for whatever comes after lunar.

If you really need Zibai: absolutely don't pull for the weapon. First of all, you are much better off pulling for cons instead, as cons give you copies of Illuga/Gorou/Aino. Second, we have leaks that in 6.5, Linnea will be a lunar crystallize character. If this is true, there is a possibility that she has defensive utility. If this is the case... you just play Harbinger. Note that we will probably know what Linnea does a few hours before the Zibai banner ends. Third, it is not like the other 5\* weapon on banner is good (Neuv has been long powercrept). Fourth, never pull on weapon banner if you can't guarantee it.

Lunar-Charged isn't about applying elements fast, you only need to trigger it once every 2 seconds. You can't 'speed it up' by adding more Hydro than that. It's Ineffa herself that does a ton of damage, based on the condition that Lunar-Charged was triggered recently. So buffs to her are better for damage, or team-wide buffs if you have Flins or Columbina also doing LC damage. And having Ascendant Gleam active enables the full power of the Nod Krai sets, either the Night Sky one if you decide to on-field Ineffa, or Aubade of Morningstar and Moon (the newest one) if you're off-fielding her. So Aino is pretty much superior in all situations.

The only teams where maybe XQ would be better are ones where you're focusing on a Pyro DPS on-field, say Hu Tao, Arlecchino, etc. And unless it's a well built Arle or a C6 Hu Tao, just ignoring or removing them and building more buffs for Ineffa is probably a better overall result.

Columbina is on-field, hence she should use Sky - you just need to use a Sky set with very few rolls into CR since otherwise you'll overcap on crit rate... Lauma can be 2pc / 2pc, Ineffa SMS, Aino Deepwood - that way you don't need to use Aubaude (I doubt you have good artifacts for a set that just came out).

Go for Zibai. As of the current beta, Varka is looking relatively weak, and having a proper lunar reaction dps to pair with Columbina will be big for your roster.

Right now? Zibai hands down. Columbina really wants a lunar carry to play alongside unless you're using her in a Columbina/Ineffa whelchair comp. Zibai/Columbina (with hopefully Illuga C2+) should comfortably match or exceed a Mavuika/Citlali team in terms of damage. Even when they stop shilling lunar mechanics her team will have a lot of raw damage that can brute force a lot of things.

Varka is... currently very baffling. It's still early beta so very subject to change but he's currently very, very mid. Like even with premium team he's barely even reaching early Kinich/Mualani Natlan comps level of damage. Unless they start heavily shilling some bosses that require Hexerei characters for some forced reason, he's not looking like a compelling choice for any account that is concerned about meta. Your Chasca has better performance already.

The post lantern rite character curse is currently alive and well.

To be honest, you asked at the worse possible moment - beta updates on Monday, and by Monday morning we expect to see beta v3, where the biggest changes happen. At that point we'll have a clear idea whether Varka is indeed terrible (in his current state, he looks like a standard character) or they will buff him.

In any case: you need lunar characters to play with Columbina. The main question is... why are you considering Zibai and not any of the other two, namely Flins/Ineffa or Nefer/Lauma? I understand you have Zhongli, but you need another support. Zibai can match Flins/Ineffa and Nefer/Lauma, but she needs C6 Illuga - which you are not going to get going for a C0 Zibai. This said: we have a leak that in 6.5, Linnea will be a lunar crystallize support. If this is true, Zibai might end up as the best lunar carry. And we will likely get an clearer idea about Linnea from 6.5 beta preload a few hours before Zibai banner ends...

I genuinely cannot pass the ascension level 3. So here's the gist. My team that I've leveled up so far are anemo Traveler, Kaeya, Amber, and Barbara. Character levels are maxed, weapons maxed, artifacts are almost maxed, all but three are items are maxed and the remaining ones are over halfway. Talents aren't completely maxed, but most talents are about two levels away from being maxed out.

I cannot pass this quest to save my life. I tend to get the geohavishap with about 30 seconds left. I've tried just about everything. Like nothing I try is working. I suspect that my issue is how well my team mixes, so I'm debating on trying to level up new characters for a better mashup.

It recommends having a pyro, cryo, anemo, and hydro. So for pyro I have Amber or Xiangling. For Cryo I have Kaeya or Chongyun. For Hydro I have Barbara, Aino, Dahlia, or Candace. Finally for Anemo I have the Traveler, Sucrose, Ifa, Lan Yan, or Lynette.

It's a bit tough to build an effective team with what you have. I would simply go with an onfield Sucrose team for now. Give her as much EM as possible, and fill your team with as much off-field application as possible. As long as the enemies have pyro, hydro, electro or cryo on them, Sucrose's attacks and abilities will Swirl that element and do more damage. More EM, more levels, more damage.

I'd probably go Kaeya, Barbara and Xiangling, or mix in an Electro like Fischl if you have one (the recommendations only help so much). You'll need to hug the enemies to make sure damage and elements are applied, so stay ready to dodge and just let Sucrose go to town. If she Swirls multiple elements, she triggers extra reactions.

If you like Ifa more, I believe he works too. But Sucrose is a solid unit, has been for 5+ years.

Characters to recommend: maybe Zibai? You don’t have a geo or lunar on fielder but it’s not completely necessary. Maybe Skirk as you have her best teammates? Maybe Ineffa?

Going for four stars can be painful. Iansan/Fruitful might not be the play. Chasca so is great on Lyney

Tighnari is on the standard banner and you shouldn't use primogems on that. Lucky for you tho, new players get a selector for standard characters. It should be in the event menu once you unlock wishing.

Well you can't really get him guaranteed right now since his banner isn't available, but you can obtain him on the standard banner (the one that uses the blue fates), though keep in mind that it's not guaranteed that you get him either.

Guaranteed: Tighnari's own banner, Sumeru chronicled wishes(?)
Not Guaranteed: Standard banner, any character banner if you lose the 50/50 to him. specifically.

Unfortunately he's a standard 5 star character, so he doesn't get dedicated banners. There's only 2 ways to get him year-round:

1. losing the 50/50 on a limited character (failing to get the limited 5 star), then getting him specifically out of the 7 available standards. This averages to like 7.15% chance per 50/50.

2. having a 1/7 chance of getting him when you pull on the standard banner and get a 5 star character. Similar probability as above because it has to be a 5 star character instead of a 5 star weapon (50% chance) and then him specifically out (1/7)

The 2 ways to guarantee him is to either to wait for Sumeru chronicle banner to rerun (unlikely, we've never had a chronicle banner rerun) or picking him on the free 5 star selector we get every anniversary (next one is \~9 months away)

He's a standard character, so there's no good way to specifically wish for him. However, you don't have to. New players get a standard 5-star character selector pretty early in the game, as soon as wishing becomes available. You can pick him from there. It should show up in your event menu as "Uncover Lunar Realms, Hone the Eventide Radiance".

As someone who hasn't played Genshin for about a year or more now (I think last I played was when Mizuki released alongside the Inazuma festival, about mid-thru the Natlan content), how screwed up am I on terms of important limited time events that I've missed? As in, were there any important ones? mainly the ones with lore that are now gone and may be worth at least watching a youtube video recap of. Only one I know for sure happened and I missed was the traditional summer event last year.

Last summer's event had no limited-time story, it was all permanent.

* 5.5 Tournament of Glory in Bloom was kind of Ifa's story quest but wasn't otherwise noteworthy.
* 5.6 Whirling Waltz was a pleasant little event that followed up on how Natlan is working post-AQ, but was mostly just Ororon/Ifa/Kinich/Wrio character stuff.
* 5.7 Battle of Imagined Arrays was an in-world board game, and only had the story within that game; no Teyvat lore or character stuff (except little easter eggs).
* 5.8 Sunspray Summer Resort story was permanent.
* Luna I Clink Clank Clash was a minor story about Aino and Ineffa, no obvious long-term content.
* Luna II Ruins Explorer: Fieldwise Center had some new Sumeru lore, might be worth checking out.
* Luna III Soulblazers Snowbound Journey was mostly just character stuff for Varesa and Xilonen.

So bottom line you've missed almost nothing major, only the Luna II flagship might be worth watching if you're a lore nerd.

edit: Looking back, I guess you could also make a case for Tournament of Glory in Bloom fleshing out Natlan's history a little, so add that one to the maybe pile? It doesn't really feel like lore that will be referred back to, though, just filling out understanding.

It's your choice what you want to do.
She enables all 3 lunar reactions (and you need Lauma for lunar-bloom), but it's much worse than dedicated characters.
With buffs it's enough to defeat current abyss with current HP and buffs with Columbina and 4-stars, but may not be true in future, as same boss HP increased 1.5 times since last time.

Battlepass is decent value if you want to build characters faster, and getting most or all of the levels each patch. Just the base one, spending $10 for one feather and 5 resins isn't really worth, unless you really need the extra 10 levels to finish it in time *maybe*.

First top up bonuses are decent value, but we're already getting into macrotransaction territory, with the full shop reset costing something like $200 USD for \~150 pulls iirc. So one five-star worth. If you're only going to go for the small packs, they will barely make a dent in your pity. I'd only ever consider those as a true low-spender if you really wanted to buy a skin (and even then buying 5 welkins is better), or were like 10 pulls away from getting someone you really wanted and were out of time or stuff to grind for gems.

But that scenario is exactly what Hoyo is going for, to convince you to buy just one little thing when you're most desperate, and as soon as you make one purchase, you're more open to considering more purchases. Just look at you right now, you've been buying the minimum cost stuff for a bit, and now you're open to considering spending even more on the game. Ultimately it's up to you to decide what your money is worth, but buying packs (especially at the default price) is really low value per dollar.
