Neuvillette pulls.

When Neuvillette's banner will get a rerun in 9 days, I will have approximately 500 pulls (at the moment, I have 456 + 45 I can get if I transfer crystals into primogems).
Planning/hoping to get him C3R1, and I already have him C0.
Can I be hopeful of getting my wish come true?

It depends on your priorities, but you should be able to get C1 R1 guaranteed

Yeah, ik. I'll start by pulling him C1, then his weapon, and then get all the copies of him that I can (C3 max, then I stop).
Since I there are additional 21 days of his banner, I have higher chances of getting him C3, I think.

I got Raiden C2R1 at 530 and that's when you needed 2 fate points for a weapon.

Unless you have awful luck like I did and lose every 50-50 at pity, should be doable.
