A lot of players missing that each region have extra oculus and start to realizing it only around Inazuma. But usually it's due to anemoculus on hidden island and not this one.

Gamers in general don't. I remember hearing that 20 years ago too (in the context of Half Life 2).
It's true though. I found a chest in Mondstat that was in a tree a bit ago. It's been there for 5 years, and I walked past it dozens of times while collecting lamp grass for Fischl and Diluc.

Am i crazy ? Do people sometimes not randomly jump around the abyss area after clearing it ? I thought everyone did that. And you should spot the oculus if you do that even once.

My advice: Don't get that one. There is always an extra oculus in each region, let that be the one that is uncollected. It will spruce up your spiral abyss portal every time the camera zooms into the entrance.
