3. Any changes in rotation that could give better results?

Nope,

The only rotation I know is Mavuika melt team and nothing else so I'm experimenting other teams now

I see 🤔. I was just wondering because the team does not make much sense. Varesa pretty much needs an Atk buffer to be effective, which she lacks in this team and using her to trigger hyperblooms is odd as well. I would suggest to swap Lauma for Iansan. Then, you can go Furina -> Iansan -> Xilo -> Varesa.
