Ineffa is only lvl 50 since I just got her but I feel like her damage is really good anyway. I think when she’s fully levelled up this might be a decent team. But any suggestions or tips would be really appreciated.
18K ticks is good ineffa damage for lvl 50. I am not sure why you are running this team, but I guess you just want to play it. You can check your damage in Milastra stage and compare it with your other teams.

Define "OK". You completed the domain so that's pretty OK no?
That being said, properly built C0 teams usually finish domains under 20 seconds. But it's not like it matters in easy content like this. Just saves a little bit of time. As long as you are able to clear at all then that's alright. Especially if you are happy with what you are using. Power only matters in endgame content.

You can clear anything in the overworld with anything. Unless it's immune to the main element of course.

Ineffa is doing fine but overall team damage is low. Venti and Childe kind of have their own teams and venti (or any anemo)+dendro is anti synergistic.

I use Venti for the vortex because it makes killing enemies at once much easier and faster, I didn’t know that they were anti-synergistic. Should I remove venti? Who else would fit nicely in this team? Or which element. Sorry for all the questions btw.

I think maybe another electro or hydro? Idk if adding another dendro would be too much dendro aura for LC to proc well.
