This problem started happening on the 24th. I open the launcher, the Hoyoverse screen pops up, the cursor changes and then I get a message reading GenshinImpact.exe is not responding with the normal wait or close prompts. I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but that didn't fix anything I'm getting the same result. I didn't update or change any system settings on the 24th so I'm not sure what the problem here is, but any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
