hmm its a bit hard to give an opinion on who to tell you to build next without seeing your already built units. i personally take forever to build a character cuz i dont really research leaks or info on new units until i actually get them, so im never prepared woth pre farming. i have to actually log in daily and play with an unbuilt under-levelled character until a few weeks later when ive spent enough resin hahah.
dont want to give a recommendation just for you to not like the unit with your already built teams..

Ororon is good because he can equip Scroll of the cinder city artifact set, and good in electro charge teams. And yeah obviously he’s great for other Natlan characters for the Nightsoul, but he can play with non-Natlan characters too.
Thoma is good in burgeon teams.

babes, its the fact we all watched old units slowly be powercrept over the past 5 years that made a lot of old units useless. theres still time to introduce inazuma or liyue party mechanics like nod krai and mondstat, we still have unfinished plots from inazuma, maybe the war could bring some sort of team mechanics that includes certain characters tied to the next inazuma plot.

just a tip that you can use the Hoyolab app to efificiently and easily share your whole character roster with more information and details like their constellations. Go to the globe icon at lower bar menu > select Genshin Impact > select Hoyo Guides > select Battle Chronicle > select All Characters
