Even for xilonen, like average 1 roll into def% is about the same as 3 average rolls into flat def. A piece with three average def% rolls is already far more than than a piece with 5 max flat def rolls. Flat stats are just completely trash in this game compared to their % counterparts.

In my 5 years playing I have two. Maybe I tossed some in the past for rolling bad but I've got 40.4% Cdmg on a pale flame feather I must've got in 1.x and 36.3% ER on a feather currently sitting on my Faruzan.

Got a circlet yesterday on the same set as OP (forgot the name) with CD main stat and CR substat.. ended up with 5x energy recharge lmao

This piece could be the second best I saw, the first had 43.5% cdmg and 3.1% crit rate
I've only had that happen once. At least with something similar; three rolls on crit damage and two rolls on crit rate on one piece. It also had attack percent and energy recharge so it was the perfect piece for my Raiden (the ER set that gives Ult dmg for ER)

I’ve seen people roll 30%+ susbstats on crit dmg HOW…it genuinely skips crit dmg for me and in my 5 years of playing I’ve never experienced THIS
