Theory for after Snezhnaya (Basically Genshin 2)
I beleive that after Snezhnaya, instead of going to another world once reunited with Aether/Lumine, we're going to reunite with our respective siblings and hear their side of the story. After the Teyvat chapter, we're going to have an Abyss chapter.
My supporting evidence for this is the Nod-Krai quest where we look for our ship (I beleive our sibling took our ship some time after we got off). We woke up after our sibling, hence they'd have their own story, right? More evidence is how Dain was travelling partners with our sibling, we still don't know what ahppened between our arival to Teyvat and us right now. Additionally, when we--to put it simply--got one of our sibling's memories with Caribert's dad, it showed that our sibling also had ties to teh same places we did. And when we took that picture with Caribert ("You must learn to get along"), how did our sibling come to the same... plane of existence, I guess?
Also, what part did we and our sibling take during Khanrie'ah? We'd learn all of that if we switched spots with our sibling.
It has more benefits like if you regretted choosing Aether over Lumine or vice versa, you get to be the other now. And it would help a lot with Kaeya and Albedo's lore, since we'd learn more about their origins. We might even get Paimon lore!!
Overall, it makes more sense to stay in Teyvat, but with a different perspectove than simply drop everything and leave our friends and foes. Teyvat would become irrelevant soon enough if we just took off after visiting all 6 (or 7 i guess if you include Nod-Krai(istg that wasnt a 67 joke..)).
Also, for context, I just started Nod-Krai.

You’re going to learn some stuff that collapses your theory a bit, but you are going to love the experience
Genshin 2 probably focuses on the Traveler venturing into the dark sea where I think Nibelung's Corpse fell after his defeat which the Old gods use to become strong followed by Abyss realm expedition and then going after the Sinners probably with the Surtalogi probably being the final Opponent
But I can also see some people not liking that as much, wanting something completely new and fresh instead of just re-treading the stuff we've already done. I guess it remains to be seen, since I wasn't a fan of either of the story reboots in HI3. But if done well, then it could still be good ofc.
