Weapon banner?
I'll be able to hit the 50/50 by the time the banner ends. Eventually I want both weapons currently on the banner so maybe it's worth going for?
The problem is that I'm currently waiting for Lauma c1 (and hopefully c2) the next time she comes around.
I'm currently at c0r0 Lauma, Columbina, and Ineffa and I'm looking to get them all to c2 and Ineffa and Columbina to R1. These are long-term goals. There have been so many times when I said to myself, "All of my problems would be solved right now if Lauma could heal" and I figure that Lauma isn't toooooo far away from a rerun.
The thing is though that I never know when to go for weapons. It rarely feels like the current time. The only time I ever have was back when I was newer to the game and grabbed Varesa's(Thankfully won the first 50/50)
Right now my priorities are probably Lauma C1 > C2 if possible > Columbina C1 and C2 > Ineffa vertical investment
I don't know where weapons fit in when also considering rerun dates and frequency. It being Ineffa's first rerun already makes me question when she'll be back, and her weapon buffs both herself and Columbina. I know that people often say to only wish on the weapon banner when it's guaranteed, but is the gamble worth it now, when I do care to get both eventually?
I'm a low spender (Welkin/BP), and on rare occasions I may top up if I'm close to hitting a 5-star, if any of this information matters.

So that leaves just Ineffa as the only character that 'needs' her 5*weapon. And it's up to you wether you want to pull for it now or later
1) was the last 5 star you pulled on a weapon banner a standard weapon or a limited weapon?
If you lost to a standard weapon, that means, even if you don’t get the weapon you select, you’ll still get one of their weapons which means I’d honestly recommend going for it since you’re guaranteed a weapon you want. However if you’ve never pulled before or got a limited 5* weapon last time you pulled, it’s risky to try because you might end up with neither.
2) Are you interested in Zibai, Neuvilette, Flins, Varka, Skirk, or Escoffier? From what I understand they’re the next banners.
If you are, I wouldn’t recommend pulling on weapon banner, but if you really don’t plan on pulling til Lauma, you will be saving until at least 6.5 or maybe even longer so you got plenty of time to guarantee her C1, even if you use all wishes from end of first half of 6.3 til whenever Lauma reruns.
3) is there a reason you’re not prioritizing trying for Columbina’s C1 or C2 right now? Those are better vertical investments than Columbina’s R1 and if you don’t get her constellations, you build pity towards Lauma.
TLDR: only go for this banner if you can guarantee at least one of the limited weapons, otherwise I’d recommend just pulling for Columbina constellations now or save.
But if you’re REALLY tempted anyway, maybe just do a single 10 pull and hope the RNG is in your favor!
2) Of those characters I'd only want Escoffier, but I think I'm going to skip her and get her in the future. I have Skirk and I've been waiting for Escoffier, but honestly I don't like Skirk very much (Maybe due to the lack of Escoffier lol).
3) I've considered it since losing the 50/50 just means a guaranteed Lauma later. The reason I haven't been prioritizing her constellations is because I figured that her rerun is inevitable within a reasonable timeframe while not so close that I'd need to worry about her and Lauma competing. Just speculating though.

Even if you want both weapons, it's still a decent chance of getting a Standard and wasting dozens of pulls for nothing. While you're already saving.
I do agree that it's rarely the right time, but that's because pulling is expensive. Finding a spare 160 pulls is hard. Just getting the c0's you want is hard enough without doubling or tripling the costs.
75% is a good chance, but I lost my last two 75/25s and there's no CR for the weapon banner.
