My Dream Teyvat Layout

Hear me out, this is my dream Teyvat. They messed up the placement of mare jivari island so bad imo. It’s way too disconnected. At least here it kinda matches with inazuma and could connect to the desert more. It’s also still far enough out that lore wise it’s been "removed". Also makes way more sense for the anemo tribe to have come from here to mondstadt instead as it’s way closer. Maybe they walked through that alley with the ruin golem in setekh?

This at least doesn’t make the map so weirdly drawn out. I’d love to hear y’all’s takes as well.

(Iswtg they better connect Fontaine to nodkrai before snez as the big ass divide is really messing with my ocd. I miss the sumeru map expansions frfr, us map explorers are STARVING 😭)

I find it hilarious that Arle's weekly is placed literally at the red border. And we all know that if that border ever gets expanded it will just be another sumeru-esque filler piece of land/water with literally nothin in it.

Mare Jivari is meant to be disconnected. Also anemo tribe didnt come from there. Part of the tribe was forced to settle on the farthest island, part was exiled from natlan alltogether. They are 2 parts of 1 group, but 1 didnt come from the 2nd.

Tenochtzitoc is meant to be far away. And also since teyvat is a sphere its not actually that far away from mondstadt.

Also they could have sailed across the dark sea to reach mondstadt. We know teyvat is a circle now, and that would probably be quicker than the trek over land.

Im still super down with it being far away I just wish it was south instead of west so that Inazuma wasn’t the only island that’s so far south
