I don't really like nodkrais charcters excluding columbina sandrone . But I will get atleast one dps from this region which one should I get thing to notice i love gameplay like neuvillete

I doubt you'll find any Neuvilette-like dps in Nodkrai. I'm Flins main and my bro is Nefer main, we both tricky and need sustain (Flins gets one from Ineffa's shield, Nefer is risky af from what I've heard)
Yes, Flins's gameplay is pretty simple once you get the pattern, but you need to understand it first. Running blindly into it may disappoint you greatly. And he demands hydro in team, without it forget about dmg (I'm currently with Xingxiu, works great, and I'm about to lvl-up Columbina, managed to pull her just now)

Your best bet would be between Flins or Zibai by looking your roster.

I can get c6 illuga but doing so will means no neuvillete signature no skirk esscofifer if they runun in 6.4 highly likely I'm on 50 50 so I dint even prefarmed for zibai yet I know it's unrelated to the post but I have arround 185 wishes and 30 pity in charcter and 60 pity in wepone what's your thoughts

From what I can understand is that your looking forward to try your luck on Neuvilette signature, Skirk and Escoffier banner too.
Personally I believe you will win two 5\* banner while losing 1 50/50 and 1 signature with average luck at best but you never know since you can really get lucky or unlucky and get better or worse results. Still is very dangerous to pull on the weapon banner if you don't have enough resources to keep pulling even after you failed to get the signature you were looking for.

I hope so if I win two 50 50 there will be nothing to worry about and your correct about wepone it's dangerous if I lose i have to use 80 more pulls to get the neuvillete signature total 100 pulls to guarantee neuvillete wepone it will left me with 80 pulls and 30 pity on charcter.
