we need a pronunciation resource
whether it be a website a page on the wiki a youtube video or something else we need somewhere easily accessible that has an audio guide for how to pronounce EVERY name in genshin. iirc some names are pronounced wrong in genshin itsself compared to how its supposed to be said irl so for the sake of canon accuracy i feel like the best way to do it would be to use clips of the voicelines in the game (bonus points for a character introducing themself like zhongli saying "zhongli")

Other languages aren't just the sounds of your language arranged differently, they have their own sounds that you won't even be able to properly distinguish, let alone reproduce.
Content creators aren't going to spend hours mastering one specific pronunciation for a character that will be overshadowed 6 weeks later anyways, and it's not reasonable to expect them to.
