columbina - ineffa alone are the team, if you have both at the same time, you're ok for the forseeable future. so meta wise, yes. you should get them. i'm assuming you're asking meta-wise, since you wouldn't make a "should i pull" post for another reason. throw them with your neuvilette and furina, throw them with your xiao or wanderer, doesn't matter, as long as they don't fuck over hydro/electro too much, they'll carry the team

If not, I'd go for Ineffa since this is her second rerun and we're not sure when she's coming back. Columbina being similar to the treatment of archons should mean she'll be rerunning before Luna ends.
Ineffa works because you already have Aino and that maxes your moonsign level plus an easy Lunar EC team. Add in Neuv with Sucrose or Ororon and you have a decent team.
Columbina will let you trigger any Lunar reactions but it's great to raise your Moonsign level to max. Right now pairing her with Aino is the only way to allow that. I suppose you can put those two with Fischl and Ororon?
I can't even mention Lunar GC because if you only have enough between Columbina or Ineffa, there's no discussion for Zibai and Illuga.

Ineffa slots straight into the Nuevilette team with Furina/Xilonen which was Nuevilettes best team on her release (sans Kazuha for xilo but that doesnt matter)
Shes great with Wanderer, Mona taser with hex, if theres enough hydro for overvape Hutao same deal
She just works in so many different teams.
