Genshin Impact Stats Project

Hello! My friend and I are doing a project for our stats class, and we need to collect data on a topic of our choice. We both love Genshin, so we figured this would be the best place to post this. If you fill this out, you are doing us a huge solid, so thank you so much.

Here's the link!

THANK YOU

Greypawz2026-01-26 21:35

For the how many 5-stars question, is that including cons and weapons? Might be worth specifying.

WaveRider20252026-01-26 21:36

I am also wondering this

Aware_Reception2026-01-26 21:36

thats a good point, im specifically talking about individual characters, but i will clarify, thank you!

Maniac_xo2026-01-26 21:37

I was always destined to be a case study. This is close enough.

Aware_Reception2026-01-26 21:41

goat

FahboyMan2026-01-27 03:58

As a med student, you do NOT want to be a case study.

wannabethewitch2026-01-26 21:38

Commenting to remember it for later.

Aware_Reception2026-01-26 21:41

i appreciate you greatly

Jaime_Blandinou2026-01-26 21:41

Aware_Reception2026-01-26 21:48

i think i know which answer is yours and... wow...

Ruryra2026-01-26 21:49

Goonders2026-01-26 21:53

Connect-River16262026-01-26 21:55

I don’t think the website you linked is available in my area, but I did put my UID in case you can check it out (: good luck with your survey!!

Aware_Reception2026-01-26 21:58

oh no! it’s a google form but if you want i can try sending an alternate link!

Longjumping-Gift-3712026-01-26 21:59

Looks like an interesting project! I just filled it out and would love to see a follow-up post where we get to see the data.

AgitatedNarwhal282026-01-26 22:04

Done! Hopefully this helps and I would love to see the finished project.

BubblyPersonality5912026-01-26 22:18

done!! also didn’t know about akasha.cv so thank you! just found out that my favorite character, Beidou, has the best crit value. it was a nice surprise :)

goumie_gumi2026-01-26 22:54

Does Akasha automatically track all your artifacts (and CV) without you manually putting them into the system? Like via your UID? Or do you need to do this one by one (surely not)?

gilorneth2026-01-26 23:04

It does via uid but you do need those characters displayed your profile in genshin

This survey has glaring issues, firstly on "What is your most used X". Those should be in a scale of 1-5 for every single element.

Apart from that the requested data is way too specific and would scare off people who do not have the time to actually launch the game to look closely, or you get forged numbers from them. Starting time to play is preferably option dropdown by patch. Spending amount in numbers is not preferable. Probably should opt for how often do you purchase X.

Though all those issue exists I'd wish you have a good set of data obtained - and preferably think of a different way of making those in your next survey.

Aware_Reception2026-01-26 23:14

this is mainly for a stats project, so the kind of data I need to collect is very specific, I understand there are ways to improve this, but for the scope of the specific project I’m doing, these are the questions that are best suited to ask

Sea-Organization99562026-01-26 23:17

This will be interesting to see, good luck on your project!

oof-eef-thats-beef2026-01-26 23:42

I realized I’ve lost track of how much I’ve spent. Wish customer service could tell us - I understand they wouldnt want to though. I dont regret my swipes ofc but it would just be neat to know just how expensive my account is

ianmeyssen2026-01-26 23:44

Did my part

Wishing you and your friend the best of luck with your project!

BossyMare2026-01-26 23:56

Good luck work your project and yes, I'd love to see your results!!

Mission-Sprinkles-192026-01-27 00:13

Just filled it out. Can you send me a message once your project is done? I’d really like to see the results!!

vermillion-orange2026-01-27 00:16

Done 👍

app082026-01-27 00:17

Why is most used weapon type a question? How am I even supposed to know that? I don't give weapon types a single ounce of thought.

Sad_Many63682026-01-27 01:25

Very interested to see the results of this!

gabbylikesfruit2026-01-27 01:58

Damn those welkins add up haha 😅 (girl who definitely topped up early into playing then gained self control 🧘‍♀️)

yozora_13262026-01-27 03:11

just did it now

also i was not able to answer the "how much damage have you done" question, i cant get on the game for a while to check. i just put down 1 as an answer since i couldnt skip the question

alberich212026-01-27 04:23
