Which constellation to pick

I know it doesen't even matter much at this point but I want to know why or which constellation would you pick up.
I wanted to go for hutao's c2 but i feel like its literally useless or very bad. Xiao const might help with his energy needs.

Mona c4 for hexerei, or Nilou c1 for bloom

I thought about it but never use Mona for hexerei teams, mostly durin/sucrose/fischl.
But yeah actually nilou c1 might be good qol for bloom and Columbina. I think I'll go for her

Baizhu if you want to use him in dendro teams to lessen his Energy Recharge needs, but if you use Xiao often, same deal for him.
