party setup
So currently I have this as my party set up and I really want to know if it would be in my best interest of the game to get Columbina or Ineffa.
I love the versatility that Columbina provides to different lunar reactions but I also love how ineffa provides lunar-charged which I could use with xingqui.
I mostly use xingqui for part healing and mostly for off field hydro damage. Same goes for Bennett as well. Xilolen is great character which I use as a sub/support and I have seen some I’m prevent with getting my ER from the crystals (pls tell me if im mistaken) and im not sure about raiden. I love her so much and she’s the first 5 star I actually pulled when she came out. I love her off field damage she provides as well using her as a main dps.
Any advice besides artifacts, the game is heading into a new direction with nod-krai being released and I want to be able to increase my floor levels in spiral abyss as well

1. Xingqiu being a healer tells me you might have built him "wrong". His healing scales off of HP but for him to be a good off-field DPS he should not focus on HP but instead on the regular DPS stats (ATK, Crit Rate/DMG, Hydro Damage and Energy Recharge to a point). Especially with both Bennett (a fantastic healer) and Xilonen (a great healer) it seems like a waste. If I were you, I'd abandon my hopes for Xingqiu heals and go full DPS on him.
2. I don't know how your Raiden is built but she's useful in a few different ways. I like building characters once and not juggle around multiple sets so building her as a main DPS is fine, especially for a newer player. Paired with Xingqiu, you can add a bit of Elemental Mastery to Raiden and have your reactions have a bit of a sting. Which is nice!
3. Bennett is a star. He can heal tremendously and seriously buff any ATK based DPS character, like Raiden and Xingqiu, for example. Make sure to equip him properly, though. His healing scales off of HP and his ATK buff scales from only his weapon's attack value. So if you give him a beefy sword, high HP and a good amount of Energy Recharge, he'll empower any team that relies on ATK and take up the healer slot so you don't need to worry about survivability.
4. Xilonen rounding out the team is great. You're probably aware but, when played as a support, make sure to get her DEF as high as you can. You can play her as a main DPS as well but given this team composition, she will work as support so might as well bet on DEF.

Either Columbina or Ineffa would be BIG upgrades to this team. Ineffa would probably be the bigger boost in this specific team (replacing either Raiden or Xilonen, I'm guessing) so that would be the "correct" choice.
However, Columbina would still work here, even if not as well. In any case, she would also work in many other teams, in case you want to be able to build a variety of different teams for different situations (important for endgame).
Obviously, getting both Columbina AND Ineffa would be a crazy upgrade. But I don't know if you like or can even get both of them. This duo is often called one of the best wheelchair teams (weird term for a partial team that is potent and can carry any other units you pair them with) currently in the game.
Also, based on your other characters (on the screenshots you shared) you don't even have any characters that would necessarily support Xilonen's personal damage all that much so it really feels like a waste to go in that direction. She scales mainly off of DEF so you'd want characters like Gorou and maybe Illuga (who's about to show in the next banner with the shiny new 5\* Geo DPS).
Ningguang can definitely work as a basic Geo DPS. Pair her up with any ATK buffers (like Bennett) and maybe Zhongli for both the shield and Geo Resonance for a bit of extra Geo DMG. Hell, throw in any other Pyro unit for Pyro Resonance and an extra free 25% ATK boost. Considering Ningguang needs to stand still to attack, she's not as universally useful as other DPS characters but she might come in clutch if you need Geo (which might not be soon) and don't get another better Geo DPS in the meantime.
Overall, you have a bunch of nice characters you could level up and put to work. Don't go crazy trying to upgrade all of them ASAP but if you get the chance, look into these if you want some useful characters.
* **Sucrose** is one of those characters that seems to always be good. She can equip VV (Viridescent Venerer, a fantastic artifact set for Anemo support units), buff Elemental Mastery for allies and, after the new Hexerei buffs, further give extra DMG buffs to the team. She's a killer and worth investing in. The new Hexerei buffs only work if you have at least 2 Hexerei characters in the team so no rush in going for those until you get a second Hex unit like Fischl, Razor, Mona, etc.
* **Gaming and Xiangling** are very good Pyro DPS's if properly built. If you want to deal Pyro damage, you probably want them around, especially without any big meta characters. Not many characters can claim to rival Xiangling's Burst damage in both number of hits, overall damage and range/AoE capabilities and Gaming can be a great on-field unit but both require constellations to perform really well.
* **Iansan, Jean, Kuki Shinobu, Lan Yan, Zhongli, Thoma, Diona, Beidou** are very nice support/utility units, especially for newer players. They manage to help your survivability and damage output at the same time so they're worth building when you can. They all have their pros and cons so you should look into what you might be interested in first.
* **Rosaria, Chongyun, Kachina, Noelle, Kaeya, Barbara, Faruzan, Shikanoin Heizou, Collei, Sayu** are all niche but decent. You wouldn't go wrong investing later on these units since they might cover a particular need in the future. All your other characters might have a very niche usage here and there.
* Honorable mention to Cyno. I know next to nothing about him and I have no idea if he's worth building, especially since you already have Raiden.
these are my characters i have with cons
