I'm f2p, and have been saving all of my billets since I started the game. I'm wondering what I should spend them on. Specifically best swords, since I'm always having to swap them around
Though Bennet won't need refinements for it, so better not waste more than one billet there.

You may want to get the fishing weapons, because there are some pretty good 4\* weapons completely free. Especially The Catch is very good for characters like Xiangling or Rosaria.

Prototype amber is actually so good even on non hp scaling units
The EM sword is also decent

Iron sting for Kuki, Rightful Reward for Chevy (unless you've already maxed out her HP scaling), Prototype Amber and Hakushin Ring are often good on certain character/teams. It also looks like you're missing refinements on Missive Windspear, Cloudforged, and Rainbow Serpent's Rain Bow. You should've gotten those alongside the weapons themselves (unless you didn't complete the events).

As someone who has been playing for years I can tell you the only truly useful weapon is Prototype Amber, I've got like three of them and two are R5, all being used. I do not use a single other crafted weapon on any characters.

Sapwood blade is the only accessible high base ATK sword for Benny.
Finale of the deep is the F2P bis ATK sword generally speaking.
Iron Sting has no alternatives outside of the event umbrella.
Whiteblind for Noelle and Itto
NK craftables are good. In particular, spear on Flins/Ineffa and sword on Nilou.
And honestly a person that has been playing for years can't tell anything to new players, because the account needs are unrelateable. Like NK spear is pretty much a must for a new player that managed to get Flins and/or Ineffa. It's different from an old player who has a fav lance forest and a couple of spare PJWSes collecting dust.
