Is Zibai Columbina Illuga and C0 Xilonen a good team?
I would use harbinger of dawn on Zibai. But I'm reading somewhere that you need cons on Xilonen to run her with a geo dps. I only need her for healing tho to get the 28 CR of Hod passive.
No, Xilonen needs to be C2 to be useful with Illuga and Zibai. Also, even if she is C2 she will not heal with two other Geo teammates.

This is not true by itself. You need cons to be able to shred Geo only if you are running less than 2 phec units. You don't have this issue if you don't run Illuga.
