The Ministry of Civil Affairs has organized four fascinating events for the Traveler this season. Alongside these festivities, a mysterious Adeptus — long a fixture of local legend — is also looking forward to getting to know you better.
The "A Lanternlit Ode to the Silver Moon" event and storyline will begin on 2026/01/30 at 10:00. Take part in this event to redeem a Yaoyao outfit, get a 4-star Liyue character of your choice, and obtain rewards such as Primogems, Crown of Insight, outdoor furnishings, and more!

I think they said the story would be permanent, like how Natlan's summer event is. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do Nod-Krai and complete Act 8 in time, so I wonder how feasible it will be to play the games and get the awards and leave the story till later.
Though, last year's Lantern Rite only barely mentioned the Natlan archon quest, so maybe it just won't really matter again.

Gaming is a great DPS especially for beginners, but since you have Arlecchino, I'd stick with her. Xingqiu is extremely valuable and would be a great addition to your team, replacing Razor. He would provide Hydro application, letting your Arle vaporize her attacks and deal a lot more damage.
