It is a 4-liner with CD/CR mainstat CD/CR, ER, Atk% and Flat Atk substats though so yes it does deserve to be rerolled, there are characters where flat attack is preferable to EM

This is another example of why I will never again reshape an artifact with 2 or more rolls in desired substats.
I’ll only reshape when desired substat rolls are 1 or 0. I would only come back to a piece like this when the advanced reshape is available.
