You could maybe try an Arle/Mav+Ineffa+Aino+Bennett OverVape team for the middle one since you have so much time to spare, and Flins+Bina+Fischl+Sucrose on the first?
Or maybe Durin/C4 Mona+Ineffa+Bina+Sucrose on first and Flins+Aino+Fischl+Venti/Bennett on second maybe?

Have you tried Mavuika team in the first? I think I saw one of my friends completed it on dire with Mavuika.

Ya unfortunately, you kinda need nefer, lauma, bina to clear the dog.
Either that or like c2+ mav or similar levels of brute force.
Shock trooper is actually possible at c0 flins, c0 ineffa, aino, sucrose though. I'm not sure how important signatures are, but I was able to clear with that comp with homa + fractured halo. But my flins build isn't that good, I don't think I crowned his burst, and my ineffa is still 80/80 on 2pc/2pc.
A top ~3% flins build and a fully built ineffa could probably clear with aino/sucrose without 5 star weapons

If you do split it, this was the setup I did and you might be able to do something similar:
Flins, Columbina, Fischl, Sucrose
Ineffa, Varesa, Aino, Xianyun
Furina, Citlali, Escoffier, Neuvillette.
I'm not immediately sure who'd replace varesa for you personally is the only thing, but you do have the other 3 people. The dog is the one that's less flexible, so if you can clear it w/the team I recommended, you'll have more flexibility for the soldier.

Take the Flins team to the dog and keep the Neuvi team as is.
You can probably beat the shock trooper with Mavuika if you have Iansan, Ororon and Chevvy c6 - on top of knowing the advanced combos. Alternatively some have beaten the shock trooper with just Arle and Bennett, so that's also a possibility - in both cases you need to perma stagger the boss.
You can also try the Jean, GMC, Zhong Li tech, though that could likely take a while to get down

I'm in the same position except I don't have Columbina, and that's impossible to beat the dog with that team.
I already managed to the Jean cheese strat on Fearless and can probably do it again in Dire.
