I think as long as those 3 are in the team, it will really work xD. My team back when i was new had sucrose xiangling fischl and the multiple damage going on was satisfying to see. My third slot was a healer just in case the enemy hits hard.

Go to milastra and go to dps check, try few teams and find one that works the best
