I've been trying to clear out Inazuma lately and I've moved on to Tsurumi, but this ghost is driving me crazy.

I cleared the first fishing spot and got it to speak to me and ask for help, no problems there, but I cannot for the life of me find the second fishing spot. I looked up guides to see where it was (near Autake Plains), went there to see that there was no prompt to fish. Checked my inventory to see if I accidentally got it, nope, talked to the guy again to see if I needed to trigger some dialogue, nope, waited for the daily reset (multiple!) and lo and behold, no fishing spot.

Has anybody else had this problem? Am I just being an idiot?
