I learned my lesson when i missed Nahida on release. Sumeru Abyss was a genuine ass without her.
But then imagine describing this patch Onslaught to someone during Sumeru lol.

Huh. I don't see anyone ever talk about her. And in my own opinion she just sucks in all aspects, and you can easily build more fun/better team nowadays unless you're a totally new player.
But if you like her then there's no point arguing - everyone has their preferences. I, for example, genuinely rocked QiQi DPS a ton until Sumeru dropped.
Though I genuinely don't see how she can compare to chars like Xilonen/Chasca/Mavuika/Varesa when it comes to exploration comfort. She just doesn't.

As I've stated - if you like her, then there is no need to go defensive about this. Enjoy your character.
If you care about meta then you shouldn't use her. If you don't care about meta then comparing her to that "half of the cast" is pointless. You can use any character. Genshin in general is plagued by bad/outdated characters. Like - Xinyan was memed upon on release. That was years ago. And Hoyo still keeps releasing worthless characters.
Flying characters in general are kinda whatever, because the game is not designed with them in mind. Chasca was useful in Natlan because the bird was atrocious, but the same logic applies to all the Natlan pokemon. Still she's a unique and fun on-fielder with exploration ability.
I do think that's its wrong to compare her to Natlan characters - especially so because you dont have them and didn't use them in open world.
In general nowadays we have a lot of characters with exploration abilities - its very easy to slot one in a strong team and not lose much power. For example:
Skirk/Nefer can use Yelan. Mavuika/Varesa/Chasca have mobility by themselves. Flins/Zibai can use Xilonen.

I was speaking from my own perspective, and didn't really consider 4* into this cuz their situation is a total mess on its own.
I called her forgotten because I genuinely didn't see anyone talk about her since her release. Yes, she is an Anemo Healer. So what? There are many Anemo characters. There are many Healers. She doesn't have anything unique to her nor is she relevant meta-wise.
From the characters you've listed - many of them had their time to shine. Sigewinne, for instance, had her time to shine cheesing one of the recent SO.

Cyno was relevant for a little bit on release. Dehya is remembered just for the fact how dirty she was done by Hoyo.
In similar vein QiQi is remembered just because everyone was trained to be afraid of her silhouette every time they pull for a 5*.
