Did anyone ever ask permission from the heavenly principles first?

I noticed that I have yet to hear of anyone asking HP permission for permission from the heavenly principles before doing something stupid

like egeria creating the people of Fontaine,

so is there anything examples in the lore about some asking for permission first, and if so then what happened and what was HP\*\***’**\*\*s response?

Nope the heavenly principles fought Nibelung 6000 years ago, the archon war ended 2000 years ago, the cataclysm happened 500 years ago, and the heavenly principles were said to be asleep for the last 500 years
