No playable character has a defined sexuality. Raiden showed no romantic attraction to anyone.
As for the "Pretty Please, Kitsune Guuji?": the author isn't confirmed to be Yae. And even if she wrote it: nothing in the book is even remotely romantic. There is no romantic tension, no kiss, no confession. It's such a nothingburger of "evidence". They behave like any friends would.
