Just coming back, need some advice

I just came back to the game after 2-3 years of not playing, luckily in my first pull after returning I pulled Columbina, so I'm thinking about playing again. I have no idea of which characters I should play around, I have watched many tier lists but im missing too many characters so recommended teams are not doable for me. Please see the characters I have and their level and help me build some teams I should focus on. I only have 2 5\* weapons, both are the Wolf's Gravestone.

C1: Mona
C6: Xinqiu, Sucrose, Xinyan, Xiangling
C5: Noelle
C4: Razor
C2: Bennet

just a tip that you can use the Hoyolab app to efificiently and easily share your whole character roster with more information and details like their constellations. Go to the globe icon at lower bar menu > select Genshin Impact > select Hoyo Guides > select Battle Chronicle > select All Characters
