Is it necessary to level up columbina to level 90?

I pulled ineffa and columbina, and now I’m building them, I heard to level up ineffa to level 90 so her reactions will deal more damage, but idk if I should to the same thing to columbina, since she’s only a buffer and not a damage dealer

She scales with hp so if you’re not already over 35k then yes.

Columbina is a buffer and damage dealer. She just happens to do less damage than Ineffa and values ER more than Ineffa so she gets to hold the SMS. But Columbina scales on HP and crit damage (and EM though that is last priority) after her ER needs are met. So yes, you want to level her to 90.

Not a damage dealer? Her and ineffa can combine to like 50% or more of a team’s damage.

Yeah, for that much of your total damage, I’d level her up.
