how does this person and the rest of their display characters have 300 stamina?
I want that extra 60 stamina NOW. Idk if it's bc exploration talents or res, but I doubt that affect the display stats right?

Isn't there a food that increases max stamina for a time? If you eat and then check your character screen then i guess it also appears as 300

they are currently in miliastra wonderland so their stamina stats will display 300 because you get more in that mode.

I want more stamina too, now that I am late in game and run around a lot to explore it’s so annoying to stop every moment, even though it recharges fast. And I barely see any difference using foods that decrease the consumption by 25%. Any tips, or is everyone else simply being annoyed too?

not an issue if you use 3 or 4 exploration focused characters in your party tbf
