Ineffa will help the Neuvillette team
Columbina can make Lunar Crystalize with Navia, it will buff Navia's team but will get immediatly power crept by Zebai next banner.
The recommendations I see most often are Columbina + pick your favorite nod-krai 5 star. any Duo will be strong, and they all offer increased investment options by upgrading to a Trio.

Obviously depends on how many pulls you have, but the current shill meta is lunar reactions, which are... a sort of side-grade to normal reactions, in terms of how they work, but the Nod-Krai characters are stronger. If you can manage to snag Columbina and Ineffa, both currently on banner, you're golden. Those two alone are a power team. You can even use them with non-Nod-Krai DPSes, or hell, slot in some supports and let Columbina be your on-field
Next banner will be Zibai, who is a geo lunar DPS, coming along with her 4* dedicated support Illuga, who is apparently also really good when he's with her. Those two along with Bineffa would be a monster team. Or if you wanted to pick up another NK DPS like Flins on a rerun
Anyway. Just a sidenote. Genshin powercreep is slow, for the most part. A Neuvi/Furina team will still take care of anything in the overworld. Worrying about current top meta is really only important if you're doing endgame stuff :)

If you can get columbina youre set, you have navia, currently one of the top lunar crystallise dps, you also have nahida which is a great start to a lunar bloom team. Id say if you can get columbina, the nod krai 4 star illuga next banner is your best bet for support and after that i dont really know a 4th.
