Additionally, the Luna Treasure Compass won't mark all Lunoculi until you raise it to level 3. If OP has 100% exploration but hasn't gone to the Meeting Point to level up his Compass, it won't show all the oculi.

100% exploration is a low-ball, so people won't sit and stress and comb every nook and cranny for that one missing common chest. There are still collectibles hiding once your map says that
Unfortunately I've learned that I just need to put a stamp on my map every time I get an oculus, and compare it to the Teyvat Interactive Map later, to see what ones I have left
If you want to do it the more organic way, make a few of the oculi detector things. I'm actually not sure where the recipe for that is in Nod-Krai though...

There is no Lunoculus Resonance Stone, because the level 2 Luna Treasure Compass can mark Lunoculi, and the level 3 Compass can mark all of them.

The Nod-Krai occuli can be found with the compass, and the compass can be upgraded to show all\* collectables in a region. (\*all still not actually being all of them, there are usually a few hidden chests ones that do not show even with the fully upgraded compass)

Some Compass targets may be locked behind quests, so make sure you've unlocked them all. Additionally, even if you have enough exploration, if you haven't gone to the Meeting Point for a zone and leveled up the Compass, it won't find them.

Have you done all the world quests? There are some in areas that only become accessible once you've done them, and their stiff doesn't show up until you do.

100% doesn´t mean you got all rewards, besides, NC will have a new area unlocked the next versions which will containe all remaining lunoculi to max out the statue of Hyposelenia
