Why be rude to someone who said we need a healer if they didn't bring one either? I added 'Lol' so they know I wasn't being rude just to get rude and hypocritical comments. I just don't get it.

Well, to be fair that "Lol" made things kinda worse, it kinda reads as if you're laughing at people, sort of like "haha lol you idiots" kind of message you know. I'm not justifying others, but I feel like they just replied with what they perceived as matching energy, at least whenever I shit talk online in competitive games I do that too, you know the usual "lol you're noob" or something like that, definitely did that in counter strike 😂

Based on the minimal clues, I would imagine you all went in with some sort of tacit understanding you would be good enough without one only to either nearly or completely wipe. So when you bring up needing a healer followed by "lol" you're stating something that is probably already known to the rest of them so they're taking it as sarcasm. It's not a matter of asking why they're not bringing one, but you should have asked who would be willing to switch. A lot of people don't like playing healers.

Yeah unfortunately it's just how it comes across. I don't know if I got the situation entirely right but I try to avoid using casual stuff like lol as tension breakers with people who don't know me that well. It has more negative meanings than positive in most situations when it comes to random people you barely know.

It was before I switched, I took the screenshot late. I tried Zhongli twice and he died both times which is why I switched to Wanderer, hoping a DPS would work better. In the end it didn't though😔
