You really lack a proper dps right now. Neuvilette is a good choice, since he can use Lauma, if Bloom is shilled in the abyss, or Electrochared, or Vaporize if needed. Bina would be a support without a proper dps. Only contendors are Diluc and Gaming. Im in exactly the same spot and I feel the lack of a dps character.
Ifa as a driver with Ineffa is holding on while getting built, meh, Gaming is C0 and unbuilt, Diluc is built but struggles so much with newer content, even with Furina being a massive add-on (which is about it for all 5 stars I own).
Get a dps you like. More supports after, but one/ two dps characters ro build teams around are gonna help you. I get to abyss Floor 11 with one star missing, but thats barely due to Lunarcharged with Ineffa being shilled and I really liked her with Aino. (Damn tired of resets, Neuvi scaling with HP makes him way less prone to dying).
You can always try to still get Bina on rerun if possible... she gets one way sooner than Neuvi.
Aino cons in his banner for Lauma though also a good idea. If youre not at like 60 pity already you could get a con for her while pulling for Neuvi.

Get neuvi! You’re F2P so you’ll prob be saving for a while again anyways- columbina will def have her rerun so you can save for her next banner. You said you want neuvi so I urge you to get him. I always pull for the character I like the most! I pulled him myself purely bc of his jp VA lol. Rarely if ever do I pull for strategy, cause I know there’s always a way and guide on how to win F2P.
There are so many combinations possible rn for playstyles that I wouldn’t worry too much about “perfect synergy” or whatever. You have Lauma for lunar bloom reactions so you’ll be okay in nod krai anyways.

Depends on how you play the game and what you value. If you care about getting into end game content down the road (spiral abyss and stygian onslaught), then get Columbina. If you are going to play the game casually and you just want to explore and do the story then grab Neuvillette (the game is easy casually, so grab who you like).
Neuvillette since that Columbina would get a rerun soon while Neuvi would take ages since he runs 2 patches after Furina as of Luna update.

Neuvillette because you like him and because he’s probably not going to get another rerun in a while. Columbina will get a rerun in one of Nod-Krai patches anyways.
