Item shop doesnt have an Icon in big map

I ran out of milk and was going around buying when I got to Fontaine I realized I dont know where the item shop is. Checked the map and theres no icon. Moving around finally saw in mini map. I checked other locations and the shop icon also doesnt show. I never noticed before but is this a bug or the shop icon was never in the big map?

I checked the other locations and there is no icon for the item shop in the big map. And by item shop i mean the shop with the pouch shaped icon

Oh i guess the other pouch shop is relatively close to the waypoint that you notice it but fontaine is stranded for some reason
