Ambitions and such. Kazuha was fulfilling the ambitions of it's previous wielder. Almost like Tomo coming back in spirit to aid rather than Kazuha explicitly using it himself. Similar to how the visions in the statue lent their power to those without. afaik it's impossible to unbind a vision from yourself once it's activated but this one only lit up for the moment.
Probably consistent and replicable in lore but only under very specific circumstances. Which I think is neat.

The evidence is simply that there is nothing that would disprove this theory. Nothing we know about these two so far contradicts this theory, which is suspicous in itself.
The first time I was convinced of this idea is when I read that Alice left a book for Klee in the library that she's not supposed to read yet because it would spoil the fun of figuring it out. It really really hit me especially with the ost in the background, it resonated with me as someone who still fears consequences and failures, always thinking that I was never able to scratch the surface of success, remember DO NOT compare your loved ones in bad faith.

This game has its high points and lows, but when it resounds into something earnest and optimistic like this, through characters with all of the power in the world who nevertheless suffer in order to be gentle and uplift others, it feels like exactly the balm I need.

To me it reads as something that can be applied to the “real world” both in-universe and actual reality outside of Genshin. Something about a fictional character saying this in reference to fictional historical events that already significantly parallel our own history struck me somehow. I was left paused on that bit of dialogue for much longer than I thought I would.
Knowing that Erosion one day will come for him and everyone else, he asks Traveler, who just passes by Teyvat to remember everything. His whole line kinda breaks 4th wall, I have a feeling that it's adressed to player, who will remember everything happening in Genshin, even if it's just a game.
Keqing (Moonchase Festival)
There are a lot of purposefully deep quotes in genshin that I do love, but this random one in the middle of Furina's dialogue *really* got me for some reason
"None. This contract... will end with me."
"If you make a promise, you keep it, if you make a mistake, you apologize. And if you give someone a dream, you defend it to the end"
Definitely there is a lot more, but this one was quite memorable. the context in Xilonen's SQ was very profound and meaning. For me, I found meaning as someone who chose their own name... it made me feel very powerful in that decision ❤️
That, and also Zhiqiong’s final letter. It’s still one of my favourite Genshin monologues to this day.
