Zhongli at the end of the Liyue Archon quest did say he used some kind of adeptal arts to talk to Ningguang in her dreams about him still being alive & Xiao in his Story quest also had an adeptal arts that basically did the same thing only it rips people's consciousness out of their body during their sleep for communication instead.

It can be the most complex L2D ever made but fact of the matter is, it pretty much blends with a great majority of L2D shorts that they put out for their characters.

I'm not deminishing the work put into those, but when they release an animated short, it becomes a stand out and that never goes unnoticed - Mavuika, Arlecchino, and even Capitano.

That flower she was gathering happens to be violet grass found all over Liyue's mountain sides at the Bamboo Forest which you have to climb up for. They are also the ascension materials for Qiqi because this girl could potentially be human Qiqi.
We can also see that her leg got injured from the fall which happened the same for Qiqi.

An interesting thing is all the NPC's in the teaser are wearing hanfu, which is the clothing style of the Han majority in China from around the Zhou to the Ming Dynasties ( 1050 BC - 1644 AD) .

Genshin's current Liyue characters and in-game NPC's are all wearing clothes mostly inspired by styles of the late 1800's - early 1900's.
