If I had a nickel for every Rider-Class-5-Star-Greek-Mythology-Princess-From-Outside-Greece-With-AoE-NP-and-Defensive-Skills I'd have two nickels (Andromeda, Europa).
Andromeda may be limited but her kit isn't much better. She's not great for looping, nor is she great for most CQ. NP1 for collection at most, unless you really want her for some other reason (e.g. you're from Ethiopia/Sudan/the general region of middle East Coast Africa she's said to have come from).

It's the keys you'd press on a keyboard for specific actions. E = elemental skill, and Q = burst
