I saved up around 165 wishes for neuvi and didn't plan on converting them to wishes just yet but accidentally did so. I contacted customer service to see if they could revert them back to primos. However I also accidentally sent in a ticket for "Redeemed incorrect fates" but I realized that one converts intertwined to aquaint and vice versa. What do I do. I can't delete tickets so I'm really scared they might convert those to the wrong fates.
