i was using akasha and noticed a few months ago that it stopped updating my builds and characters. i logged into enka for the first time and no characters show up in showcase. i have character details enabled in game.

Do you have your showcase visible on genshin. If not that’s why.

So other people can view your gear and etc not you have a showcase but you’re preventing others to see it. I know that’s the main issue for people for Enka other than that can’t really say

Double check and make sure it’s set to Genshin and not Star Rail

If you only recently put characters in there, leaving and rejoining forces them to be refreshed so you’ll see them on the next refresh
Make sure uid is right of course
